RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at neospheres! We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to make things right with a smooth returns and replacement process.

1. Return & Replacement Window

  • We offer a 5-days return and replacement window from the date your package is successfully delivered.

  • If 5 - days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging, including all tags, boxes, manuals, and accessories that came with it.

  • You must provide the original invoice or proof of purchase.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

We take quality control seriously, but if something goes wrong, we will fix it immediately at no extra cost to you.

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is completely different from what you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Important: To help us process your claim rapidly, please email a clear unboxing video or photographs showing the damage to our email.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a brand new replacement package to be shipped out to you immediately.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, health, and logistical reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items (such as used electric shavers or grooming tools).

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or promotional clearance bundles.

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Damaged/Defective Items: We will handle everything. We will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address at no cost to you.

  • For Standard Returns (Change of Mind): [Specify who pays, e.g., We offer free reverse pickups across India OR The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost / a flat reverse pickup fee of ₹99 will be deducted from your final refund amount.]

6. Refund Process & Timing

Once your returned item is received at our fulfillment facility and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Prepaid Orders: If approved, your refund will be processed instantly and automatically applied back to your original payment method (UPI, Net Banking, or Card) within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Because we cannot refund cash physically, our support team will contact you securely to collect your UPI ID or Bank Account details. Once provided, your refund will be transferred within 5 to 7 business days.

7. Exchange Options

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or completely non-functional. If you need to exchange it for the exact same item, send us an email at our email and our support team will guide you through the process.
