By accessing or using our Site, purchasing our products, or engaging with our services, you (the "User," "Customer," or "you") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). 1. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your state or province of residence, to create an account or make a purchase on this Site.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device

  • You agree to accept responsibility for all activities, orders, and transactions that occur under your account.

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout or registration. We reserve the right to terminate accounts or refuse service if any provided information is found to be false, inaccurate, or misleading.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change the pricing of any product at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.

  • We offer multiple payment methods, including prepaid options (Credit cards, Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • For COD orders, you agree to pay the full invoice amount in cash to the delivery partner at the time of physical delivery. Refusing delivery of genuine COD orders without valid justification may result in the suspension of your account for future purchases.

3. Product Descriptions

  • We make every effort to display the colors, features, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor or mobile screen display, and we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be completely accurate.

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer, or to discontinue any product at any time without liability.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • Receiving an order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order. It merely confirms that we have received your request.

  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to:

    • Limitations on quantities available for purchase.

    • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.

    • Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

    • Invalid or incomplete shipping address details.

  • If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, the full amount will be reversed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We dispatch orders through third-party logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines will be displayed during checkout, but typically take 3 to 7 Business Days.

  • While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, deadlines are indicative and may be subject to delays due to logistics bottlenecks, flight delays, extreme weather conditions, or public holidays.

  • Title and risk of loss for all physical items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to our carrier partner. For COD orders, title passes only upon full payment to the delivery agent.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

  • Our return policy is governed by our official Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • We offer a 5-day replacement or return window specifically for products that arrive damaged, defective, or are significantly different from what was ordered.

  • To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • For damage claims, we may require a clear unboxing video or photographs of the defective product sent to email within 24 hours of delivery to verify the claim.

7. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts under Indian law.

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

  • To submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information, or to impersonate any person or entity.

  • To upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used to affect the functionality or operation of the Site.

  • To collect or track the personal information of other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, neospheres, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

  • This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the platform.

  • Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the use of the Site or purchase of products shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you to us for the specific product in question.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India.

  • Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, the use of the Site, or the purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore Karnataka, India.
